How it works

One approved map. One traceable path into Xero.

Ledger Map executes the accounting policy your practice approves, checks every deposit against its evidence, and holds uncertainty for review. Here is the complete path.

Reads the practice work in Zanda, reconciles the money that Stripe settles, and posts one balanced match into Xero.

  • Zanda
  • Stripe
  • Xero

From connection to match

Four controlled stages. No accounting guesswork.

Ledger Map turns an approved practice policy into a repeatable workflow while keeping the source evidence visible at every stage.

  1. 01

    Connect your systems

Link Xero and Zanda, add Stripe if you take card payments, and pick a start date. Discovery reads your history and proposes funding rules from your own payer names, insurer schemes and item codes.

  2. 02

    Approve the map

Start from one of three built-in templates. Every account, tax type and treatment is a visible, editable row, and each change previews the exact Xero documents it will produce before you save it. Ledger Map makes no accounting decisions of its own. It executes the configuration you approve.

  3. 03

    Watch invoices and payments sync

Invoices post coded by funding source, with practitioner and location tracking. Payments land in a clearing account per settlement rail, dated from the approved source or remittance record. Anything the configuration does not cover becomes a question with candidate treatments, not a guess.

  4. 04

Match each deposit in one click

Each deposit posts as one document set: gross in, supported fees out, and one transfer for the net. The bank feed line gets one exact match for your bookkeeper to confirm in Xero.

Deposits

One bank line, one click.

A Medicare bulk-bill run, an NDIA remittance or a Stripe payout can cover dozens of invoices. Ledger Map turns each settlement rail into its own traceable document set.

  1. Step 01

    Payments post at gross

Each payment in the deposit posts into the rail's clearing account, dated from the approved source or remittance record.

  2. Step 02

Fees post as their own lines

Each fee or adjustment posts as its own spend-money line, sized from the source file or payout record rather than estimated.

  3. Step 03

    One transfer moves the net

A single bank transfer moves the exact net amount to your real bank account on the deposit date.

  4. Step 04

    The feed matches one record

The bank feed line matches one record and Xero's own suggestion picks it up. Your bookkeeper clicks match.

Ledger Map does not click reconcile for you. Xero requires a person to confirm the match, and this makes that confirmation one click.
