For Zanda practices on Xero

Approve the map once. Every deposit arrives coded.

One bank line, and every invoice line behind it coded to the Xero account and tax rate your practice approved.

Nothing posts to Xero until you approve the map. Templates get a first map ready to review in as little as ten minutes.

The map is the part you approve. Every rule on it says why.

One row per kind of income: which Xero account it lands in, and which tax rate it carries. Start from a template for allied health, psychology or NDIS providers, then change only what your practice does differently. Anything the map does not cover is held as a question, never guessed.

38 rules · 2 held for review

Approved 12 Aug 2026. Reviewed with the practice's BAS agent.

Plate 1A worked map, 13 of its 38 rules shown. Open a row to read the reason it exists.

Nothing posts to Xero until the map is approved. Tax treatments above are a worked example for one practice, not advice: your own map is reviewed with the person who owns your books.

A worked payout

A$4,728.42 landed in the bank.

Ledger Map traces it to A$4,820.00 of paid work and A$91.58 in Stripe fees, and every line keeps the account and tax rate the map gave it.

Plate 2Stripe payout, 28 Aug 2026: the bank line, the paid lines behind it, and the fee that explains the difference.

It did not balance by A$38.42, so it stopped.

No match is proposed, nothing posts, and the deposit sits as a question with its evidence attached. You or your bookkeeper answer it once; the answer can become a rule on the map.

The confirm button stays in Xero, and it stays yours. Ledger Map proposes the match; a person makes it.

How it works

Approved policy in. One balanced match out.

Explore the full workflow
  1. The map

    Map the work.

Each paid Zanda invoice line takes its Xero account, tax type and tracking from the account map your practice or bookkeeper approved. Ledger Map executes that map; it does not invent one, and nothing posts without a rule.

  2. The evidence

    Assemble the payout.

Payments, processor fees and remittance rows are gathered against each settlement, with one clearing account per settlement rail. If the evidence does not conserve, the deposit waits instead of guessing.

  3. One match

    Review the result.

The payout posts as one balanced document set: gross in, fees out, one transfer for the net. Whoever owns the books reviews it, then confirms a single match against the bank feed in Xero.

Pricing

Plans start at A$29 per Xero organisation.

Every feature is included on every plan. The price changes only with the number of active practitioners.

Bookkeeper console: A$49 a month, with 20 percent off client tiers.

Questions

The questions every practice asks first.

  • Who decides the account coding?

Your practice or your bookkeeper. Ledger Map starts from a visible template and applies only the mapping someone has approved. Anything the map does not cover becomes a question, not a guess.

  • What happens when a payout does not balance?

It stops. The deposit is held for review with the evidence beside it, and nothing posts until a person resolves the difference.

  • Does it reconcile in Xero for me?

No. Xero requires a person to confirm each match. Ledger Map posts one balanced document set per deposit and leaves one exact match in the bank feed for your bookkeeper to confirm.

  • What do I need to start?

A Zanda account, a Xero organisation, and whoever owns your books. No card: the first 14 days are free. Sign up, connect both systems, pick a template, and replay a month you have already closed. Nothing posts to Xero until you approve the map.

  • Where is the data stored?

Operational and financial records are stored in Supabase's Sydney region. Sign-in identity and sessions are handled by Clerk in the United States. The data-location page lists every service and what it sees.
